Healthier Lifestyles Programme

South Cluster Communities First promotes the importance of a healthier lifestyle and one of the main aspects of this is physical activity, which has proven to improve quality of life and reduce ill health in later years. 

Communities First provide residents with a range of free exercise classes within community venues throughout the Cluster.  Some of the activities that we provide are Kettlebells, Zumba, Circuits, Walking Groups and Gentle Exercise. 

All activities are tailored to age and abilities.  Please check out our Facebook page for up to date days and times, as these activities are delivered in blocks of 10 weeks.

We deliver these sessions to all age groups, these being pre-schools, primary and secondary schools, families and adults 16 – 49 and the 50+.
